Summary: Yoochun smiled. It's been three weeks since Changmin had seen a genuine smile. It's been 9 years since they first joined hands. And about 2 months ago, Yoochun admitted to another lover.

Beautiful unnamed melodies sing through the room as a pianist promptly sits before his piano inducing minor chord progressions. He sings soft melodies matching the suave movements of his hands gliding over each key, black or white.
His phone, propped up in front of him on the piano, sounded.

Chunnie, look.
He turned his head from the hand-written notes to look out his window. A cute boy sat across their quiet neighborhood blowing his hot breath on the frosted window. He drew little hearts and kept his flow on air attempting to maintain his artwork.
Yoochun smiled. It’s been three weeks since Changmin had seen a genuine smile. It’s been 9 years since they first joined hands. And about 2 months ago, Yoochun admitted to another lover.

“Changmin…” Yoochun mumbled before carrying on with his words. He took both his lover’s hands into his own. He stared directly into Changmin’s eyes and made sure he understood.
“Babe, trust me.” Changmin gripped Yoochun’s hand but clung to his heart even tighter. “Changmin, I think I love someone else.”
“…”
“Changmin…” Yoochun held his love’s hands with no intention of letting go. “I don’t think we loved how love is supposed to be.” Changmin trained his heart to accept these so-called “break ups” but he never once had to deal with a cheating heart.
“I want you to be by my side. I want to tell you all my secrets. I want you to be the best man at my wedding. Changmin, we were young, we were stupid. We were confused, best friends - we were clueless.”
“But…I love you, Chunnie. I know I do,” Changmin diverted Yoochun’s gaze. He was too shocked to even produce tears, or even think of crying.
“Please stay with me. Please support me as a friend again.” Yoochun begged. He got down on both knees and placed Changmin’s hands to his forehead. His tears silently joined them as they fell from the corner of his eyes.
It hurt to hurt his best friend, and first boyfriend. But he knew there was something about Jaejoong that had him at hello. Something about him was different than how he felt for Changmin.
“Chunnie, I love you.” Changmin mumbled. He pulled Yoochun back to his feet and wiped away his tears the same way he’s done all these years. “I’ll never leave you, okay?” Changmin assured Yoochun with a breath-taking smile.

Yoochun fogged up the glass shielding him from outside and wrote a simple “hi” with a big smiley face. They giggled at their childishness. It was silly, but Changmin missed Yoochun’s smile way too much to care.
An abrupt change of expression from Yoochun caused Changmin to immediately stop his laughter. Yoochun mouthed the words ‘hold on’ across the street.
“Hello?” Yoochun answered his phone.
Changmin could see a slight smile, and a short nod to follow. That only meant one thing: Jaejoong.

Jaejoong is coming over! :D
Changmin glanced outside again but he faced a cold blank window as if the hearts and ‘hi’ were a dream. The muffled sound of a door slam reverted his attention downstairs on the street - two men hugging as if they haven’t seen each other in years.
Every breath Yoochun took, Changmin fell over and over again. Every smile that didn’t belong to him shattered his heart more than it should.
As if Changmin had x-ray vision, he followed them with his eyes into the house, upstairs and into Yoochun’s room. He knew Yoochun’s room as if it were his own. The bed especially, was designed so you could see outside into the beautiful starry night. Yoochun loved nature. It gave him inspiration.
“I’ve missed you.” he whispered into Yoochun’s room. He stood at the doorway watching his boyfriend plant himself on his bedstaring out the window. His eyes followed Changmin.
“I missed you too.” He answered unconsciously as he watched across the street. Somewhere between regret and admiration, he flashed back to their specific departure. He saw the necklace sparkle around Changmin’s neck reminding him of their promises together. Changmin’s neck reminded him of all the kisses they exchanged.
Jaejoong walked closer, turning Yoochun around into a tight hug. Peering over his shoulder, he saw Changmin’s face clear with a message. “I still love you,” he read, “don’t forget me.”
As his arms instinctively wrapped around Jaejoong, like they did so many times before, he slowly realized that Jaejoong was nothing but mere attraction. Jaejoong was just another boy to fuck around with. Jaejoong was some guy who whispered sweet nothings begging him to believe. Well, it worked.
Yoochun prepared for Jaejoong’s actions, in which he’s memorized by heart.
“I love you so much.” Jaejoong whispered into his hair as their bodies pressed against each other. Jaejoong’s perfectly shaped lips reached his vulnerable neck. Tears brimmed Yoochun’s eyes as he never took his eyes off his window.
Changmin glared sending mental messages for the last time. I love you, I love you, I love you.
“AH!” Yoochun shouted, just as Jaejoong snuck his hands up under his shirt. Tears now streamed down his face behind his boyfriend’s back. And the curtains fell shut.
“I love you, too.” Yoochun half moaned and half cried. He took one last look at the window. His neighbor. His friend. His love. He pleaded for it to open again but time wasn’t forgiving.
Jaejoong thrust into him throwing his whole body against the bed and wall as he greedily claimed the pleasure of it all.
Changmin, I made a mistake, Yoochun silently cried, Forgive me.

Even though my heart belongs to Jae.. but.. does he really love Chun? or does he think Chun as a fuck buddy too?? TTTT^TTTT Changminnnn... gah, my heart.
This really isn't a good thing to read just after knowing about Min's, Su's and Chun's after debut first kisses. The song doesn't help either.
