Summary: Repeat liar.
It's one step forward, two steps back.
He's asked a question, opens his mouth to answer, but the words won't come spilling out like he wants them to.
"I'm okay." Two simple words, such an easy lie. It isn't his first, and it's already apparent it won't be his last.
"You can't keep doing this. Why won't you just tell us what's up?" Why won't you tell me what's up, is the implication.
If only it was that easy, if only it was only him.
It's one step foward... "I... can't." Not a lie. Not this time around.
Two steps back... But still damaging nonetheless.
