You don’t need him. You make your own food. You burn your hands and pride. You decide it tastes like shit, but pile it into your mouth anyway.
You don’t need him. You push him away when you trip at rehearsals. Ignore the hurt in his eyes. You’re falling and his smile is making you sick.
