“We've got Junsu,” Changmin shouts across the field. “And you guys are the most lazy, least athletic people on the field. So yes, I think we will win.”
Their teammates give Jaejoong and Yoochun space as they enter the dugout. They huddle in together, serious for the first time since the second annual SM Summer Games.
At bat Yoochun tightens his grip, eyes determined. He swings on the first pitch, grounding between short and Changmin at second. He rounds first, one run in, and the ball still being fielded.
His eyes meet Changmin's, grins as he drops to the dirt.
