Title: Anatomy

Summary: Yunho discovers Jaejoong’s wings.

“There’s something on your back,” Yunho frowns, and Jaejoong reaches over his own shoulder to pat the skin just below where the soft brown locks of his hair fall.

“Oh,” the older smiles, confusion fading from his face. “That’s my tattoo.”

Yunho eyes the dark pattern that peeks through the fabric. Jaejoong laughs, sensing his curiosity, and lifts up the shirt to reveal a pair of black skeletal wings etched across his top torso.

What a pity, Yunho frowns, a finger tracing the shoulder blades, marking up such flawless skin.

He’s beautiful nonetheless. Yunho knows there’s more to his friend than the bold eyes and pink pout that draw in so many admirers, but the leader cannot help but wonder (with a twinge of jealousy) how much easier his life would have been if he were as gorgeous as Jaejoong is.

Maybe I would have never felt unloved.

“Don’t fly away now,” Yunho jokes, fighting to shake off his insecurities. Jae rolls his shirt back down and turns to the taller boy.

“Can’t guarantee that,” he says with lazy amusement in his voice, “but if I ever decide to, I’ll take you with me.”

He flashes a mischievous grin, slightly more breathtaking than usual, and Yunho’s serious countenance rearranges into a smirk.

“You’ve got to stop spending so much time with Yoochun,” he shoves Jaejoong away in mock disgust. “You greasy bastard.”

Yunho knows there’s more to his friend than the bold eyes and pink pout.

This was so sweet: “but if I ever decide to, I’ll take you with me.” I like the ending. So true! Poor Yunho. I can sense his attraction but a little jealousy, too.
