Summary: Business and pleasure don't mix. Not on set, anyway.

Changmin sits engrossed in a final take, eyes narrowed and glaring at himself on the screen.

He thinks he can identify every single point where there’d been a wrong angle, a wrong expression, a wrong delivery of lines. A wrong tilt of the lips.

Changmin’s a perfectionist himself when it comes to work, but Yunho’s always been the shittiest kind of director to work with.

“Babe, you know it’s a bad idea to bring work home.” Two warm arms come from behind to snake around his neck, and Changmin brings up a hand to stroke the accompanying face, even as he directs a scowl at their reflections in the window.

“Technically, it was you. And you clearly meant for me to see it, leaving the tapes on the table like that.”

There’s a light kiss on the line of his jaw, soothing, cajoling. “You got me. I wanted you to see how all your hard work paid off.”

Changmin huffs. It’s not a work ethic he can disagree with, but forty-seven takes in one scene really had been taking this piss.

“You’re a bastard, you know.”

Yunho smiles – smirks – eyes crinkling in the face of his imminent victory. “I know.”
